you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our service.

you may not use RecipeCreator.ca. By creating an account or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing RecipeCreator.ca, you agree to:
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

- Our No Refund Policy (see Pricing Page)
- Accept that these Terms may change from time to time
2. Service Description
RecipeCreator.ca is an AI-powered recipe generation service that:
- Generates unique recipes based on user-provided ingredients and preferences
- Creates recipe images using AI technology
- Provides nutrition facts and step-by-step cooking instructions
- Delivers recipes via email
- Offers free and paid service tiers
2.1 Free Service Tier
- All users receive 3 free AI-generated recipes per 24-hour period
- Free recipes are tracked by email address and IP address
- No credit card required for free tier
- All features available in free tier (images, nutrition, instructions)
2.2 Paid Service Tiers
- Single Recipe ($1.99): 1 additional recipe beyond free tier
- Recipe Pack ($7.99): 5 additional recipes
- Monthly Unlimited ($9.99): Unlimited recipes for 30 days
- Lifetime Access ($89.99): Unlimited recipes forever
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate name and email information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per email address
- We may verify email addresses before service delivery
3.2 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- Users under 18 require parental consent
- You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Service is void where prohibited by law
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Current pricing available at recipecreator.ca/pricing
- Promotional codes may offer discounts (subject to terms)
4.2 Payment Processing
- Payments processed securely through PayPal
- We do not store credit card information
- Payment confirmation required before service delivery
- Failed payments will not grant access to paid features
4.3 No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the instant digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
once a recipe has been generated and delivered. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Reasons for No Refund Policy:
- Recipes are generated and delivered instantly
- Digital products cannot be "returned"
- Free tier available for testing before purchase
- Service is fully provided upon recipe generation
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Uses
You may use RecipeCreator.ca to:
- Generate recipes for personal use
- Create meal plans for yourself or family
- Use recipes in personal cooking and food preparation
- Share recipes with friends and family (with attribution)
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use RecipeCreator.ca to:
- ❌ Resell or commercialize generated recipes without Lifetime Access license
- ❌ Republish recipes claiming them as your original creation
- ❌ Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the free tier
- ❌ Share account credentials with others
- ❌ Circumvent payment or access control systems
- ❌ Generate content that violates laws or regulations
- ❌ Use the service to create harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- ❌ Reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
- RecipeCreator.ca name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- Website design, code, and AI algorithms are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
6.2 Generated Recipe Ownership
- Personal Use (Free/Single/Pack/Monthly): Recipes for personal, non-commercial use only
- Commercial Use (Lifetime Access Only): Full commercial rights to generated recipes
- You may not claim AI-generated recipes as your original intellectual property
- Images are generated by AI and subject to third-party AI terms (OpenAI/DALL-E)
7. Service Availability and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance may require temporary downtime
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
7.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-Generated Content Notice:
Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy:
- ❗ AI may occasionally produce errors or inconsistencies
- ❗ You are responsible for verifying recipe safety and accuracy
- ❗ Check for food allergies and dietary restrictions
- ❗ Use common sense when following recipes
- ❗ We are not liable for results of following AI-generated recipes
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- RecipeCreator.ca is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee recipe accuracy, safety, or results
- We are not liable for food allergies, food poisoning, or injuries
- We are not liable for damages from service interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services (PayPal, OpenAI)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecipeCreator.ca, My Vision Media AI Labs, and our affiliates from
any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of generated recipes
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any harm caused by following AI-generated recipes
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using the service at any time
- Request account deletion via mike@myvisionmedia.ca
- No refunds for unused paid services
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the free tier with bots or automation
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the service for illegal purposes
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, rather than in court,
except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class
actions or class arbitrations.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
We will notify users of material changes via:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Posting a notice on the homepage
- Email notification (for significant changes)
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full
